These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of wowlightsignal.com(the “Website”) and of the AI Mock Interview service (the “Mock Interview”), operated by WOW Light Signal AI Academy (“WOW Light Signal”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website or signing in to the Mock Interview, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Using the Website
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its systems or other users' data;
- disrupt or overload the Website, or introduce malware or harmful code;
- copy or scrape the Website's content in bulk; or
- submit false or misleading information through our forms.
We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website at any time.
2. Workshops, FDPs, internships and events
Information about our programmes is provided for general guidance. Dates, venues, fees, content and trainers may change, and we will try to tell registered participants about significant changes in good time.
Registration is through the link shown on each event. The specific terms of a programme, such as fees, eligibility, schedule, certification and cancellation, are communicated at registration and take precedence over these Terms for that programme. When a programme is held at your institution, its rules also apply.
3. AI Mock Interview
Who can use it
The Mock Interview is for candidates invited by WOW Light Signal AI Academy, and access is limited to the administrator-approved list. Your account is for you alone: do not share it, and do not let anyone take an interview for you.
Attempts
Your administrator decides how many interviews you can take. Setting up is free; an attempt is used when you start the interview, and it cannot be given back once the interview has begun.
During the interview
The interview runs in fullscreen. Leaving fullscreen or switching tabs is recorded, and the timer keeps running. Answer in your own words, without other people, scripts or tools answering for you.
Your resume
Upload only your own resume. Its contents are used to build your profile and your questions.
Your results
Questions and feedback are generated by AI to help you practise. They can contain mistakes, and they are not an official assessment, a qualification or a job offer.
Fair use
Do not try to disrupt the service, get around its limits, or reach other candidates' data. Administrators can pause or remove access that breaks these Terms.
4. Intellectual property
The Website's content, including its text, images, logos, designs and programme materials, belongs to WOW Light Signal AI Academy or its licensors. You may view it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or modify it without our written permission. The WOW Light Signal name and logo identify our brand and may not be used without permission.
5. Content you share with us
When you send us an enquiry, feedback or a testimonial, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We publish testimonials only with your consent, and you can ask us to remove yours at any time.
6. Third-party links and services
The Website links to third-party services, such as social media pages, registration forms and maps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
7. Disclaimers
The Website and the Mock Interview are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Our programmes and the Mock Interview are designed to build skills; they do not guarantee any placement, employment, admission or other outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOW Light Signal AI Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or the Mock Interview. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date and version at the top of this page show the latest update. If we make material changes, Mock Interview candidates will be asked to agree again before their next interview.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
